The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands-on construction experience, ideally with marine projects. Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year of framing or general carpentry experience (marine construction preferred)
– Experience leading small crews, managing daily tasks, and keeping projects on schedule
– Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and commitment to a drug-free workplace
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
– Able to read plans and maintain high-quality standards
