As the President and Founder of Shore Builders, Inc. Danny oversees the company’s day-to-day operations. His primary goal is to serve his clients and add value to their projects. He takes pride in his work and is committed to ensuring that Shore Builders, Inc. remains a leader in the industry. Danny and his wife, Meghan, have three boys—Sam, Lucas, and Nathan. He feels incredibly blessed to have a family that supports his vision in building the company. When he is not in the office, Danny can be found on the water, fishing with friends and family.

Fred travels coast to coast to meet with prospective marine clients on-site. During these visits, he gathers all the information needed to help clients begin the process of turning their project vision into reality. In his free time, Fred loves to fish, spend time on his boat, and connect with people. Helping clients decide how to build or remodel a lakefront dock or boathouse that will bring them years of enjoyment on the water is a natural fit for him. Fred has lived in Alachua County for 50 years.

As Operations Manager, Emily oversees the day-to-day internal operations of the company. After graduating from the University of Tennessee as a student-athlete on the soccer team, Emily returned to her hometown of Gainesville. She is excited to be a part of the Shore Builders, Inc. team and work alongside her brother, Danny. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Florida’s beautiful Nature Coast with her husband, Sean, their daughter, and their three dogs.

As the Pre-Construction Manager, Amber manages the pre-construction and permitting phases of our projects. She also supports the estimating and production teams and is an all-around team player at Shore Builders, Inc. Amber brings an extensive background in customer service and business administration, adding a diverse skill set to the team. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Corey, and their three daughters, Jade, Kyndle, and Charli Grace.

As the Draftsman, Billy is responsible for the design phase of our projects. His favorite part of being on the Shore Builders, Inc. team is working with customers to help turn their visions into reality. Billy is a loving husband and father to six amazing children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends or exploring the great outdoors.

As the Marine Senior Project Manager, Andrew oversees marine projects from commencement through completion. He brings 25 years of experience in the construction industry, having worked on commercial, marine, and residential projects. Andrew is a licensed contractor and a third-generation builder who was born and raised in Florida. He enjoys the outdoors and is an avid scuba diver and fisherman. Andrew loves spending time with his wife, Haley, and their two children, Jackson and Finn.

As the Residential Project Manager, Larry oversees remodeling and new construction projects. From the initial consultation through project completion, he works closely with homeowners at every phase of construction to ensure they achieve their desired finished product. Larry brings 40 years of experience in the construction industry and is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Geomatics. He has been married to his wife, Sue, for 34 years and has one daughter, Laurell, who is a recent University of Florida graduate. In his spare time, Larry is an avid sports fan and enjoys following the Gators and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

As Production Manager, Josh leads our marine crews and oversees day-to-day on-site construction, ensuring every project runs smoothly. With over 10 years in the construction industry and a member of the Shore Builders, Inc. team since 2020, he brings both experience and dedication to every job. Born in South Africa and raised in High Springs, Josh has a lifelong connection to the water, enjoying it both professionally and recreationally. When he’s not working, you’ll often find him fishing or spending time on the water.

As Production Manager, Hunter leads our marine crews and oversees day-to-day on-site construction, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish. A graduate of the Building Construction program at the University of North Florida, Hunter brings more than 22 years of experience in the construction industry to the Shore Builders team.  His favorite part of the job is watching each project come together and seeing the joy it brings to our clients once it’s complete. Outside of work, Hunter enjoys spending time with his amazing wife and their two beautiful little girls — whether they’re out on the boat or hunting together at the family farm.
