Danny oversees the day-to-day operations at Shore Builders Inc. His primary goal is to serve his clients and add value to their projects. He takes pride in his work and wants to make sure that Shore Builders remains a leader in their industry.

He and his wife Meghan have three boys – Sam, Lucas, and Nathan. He feels incredibly blessed to have a family that supports his vision and is willing to make sacrifices when it comes to building a company. “Shore Builders is successful because the team of people that work here are like family.”

When not in the office, Danny can be found on the water, fishing with friends and family.

Fred travels from coast to coast to meet with our prospective marine clients onsite.  In these visits Fred gathers all the information needed to get clients started in the process of seeing their project vision become a reality. In his free time, Fred loves to fish, spend time on his boat, and enjoys meeting and helping people. It is a natural fit for him to help folks decide how to build or remodel a lakefront dock or boathouse that will bring them many years of pleasure on the water. Fred has lived in Alachua County for 48 years.

Emily joined the Shore Builders team in July of 2020. As the Operations Manager, Emily is focused on the day-to-day internal operations. Emily is excited to join the team and work alongside her brother Danny. Emily played soccer at the University of Tennessee and after graduation moved back to her hometown of Gainesville. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Sean, their dogs, as well as family and friends.

As the Pre-Construction Manager, Amanda handles the pre – Construction and permitting phases of our projects. She also provides support to the estimating and production team and is an all-around team player at Shore Builders. Amanda’s educational background in graphic design and building construction management from Santa Fe College brings diverse skills to the team. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, especially fishing, hunting, and being on the water.

Billy joined the Shore Builders team in September 2020. Billy’s is responsible for the design phase of our projects. Billy’s favorite part of working on the Shore Builders team is working with our customers to help see their dreams become a reality. Billy is a loving husband and father to six amazing children. In his free time, he can be found spending time with his family, friends or enjoying the great outdoors.

As a project manager, Larry is in charge of residential remodeling and new construction projects. From the initial consultation to the project’s completion, he works with homeowners throughout all phases of construction to ensure they receive the finished product they desire. He has 36 years of experience in the construction industry and graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Geonomics. He has been married to his wife Sue for 34 years and has one daughter Laurell, a recent graduate of the University of Florida. He is an avid sports fan in his spare time and enjoys following the Gators and Pittsburgh Steelers.

As the Marine Project Manager, Andrew is responsible for managing the marine projects from commencement to completion. Andrew has spent 20 years in the construction industry working on commercial, marine and residential projects. Andrew is a licensed contractor and a third-generation builder, born and raised in Florida. Andrew enjoys the outdoors and is an avid scuba diver and fisherman. He loves his wife Haley and two children, Jackson and Finn.

As a Production Manager, Josh is responsible for managing the marine crew as well as the day to day construction on – site.  Josh has been with the Shore Builders team since 2020 but was promoted to Production Manager in 2023. Born in South Africa and raised in High Springs, Josh enjoys both working and recreating on the water. Outside of work you can find Josh enjoying his time on the water fishing.
